We offer complimentary international shipping with UPS standard shipping. For orders within the United States, your order will be prepared in our US warehouse with a guaranteed 3-7 business day delivery window. International shipments may require additional processing time prior to shipment.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from en.GENTLEMONSTER.com. The majority of our orders are shipped on same business day if placed by 10am. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier(“UPS”) and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at no charge if stock is available.
